SMA Alpine End of Season Celebration Details

Date: Sunday, March 8, 2026

Time: 6-8pm

Location: The Old Spaghetti Factory (715 S Bancroft, Portland)

Vibes: The girls said "dress like you're going to your aunt's birthday"

Food and Beverage:

• Meal Choices:

  • Chicken Fettucine

  • Lasagna

  • Spaghetti with Marinara

• All meals come with salad and dessert

• Drinks will be paid for on your own tab

Cost:

• The team will be covering meals for athletes + 2 guests, so 3 meals per athlete are included

• Additional guests are welcome to join us for $25 per person, paid to Marina via Venmo/Zelle/cash in advance

RSVP:

• RSVPs must be submitted in advance and are due no later than Tuesday, March 3rd.

• All athletes/families should submit a form, even if they can't attend the event. That is an option on the form. One form per athlete. Guests listed on athlete form.

• 6pm: Doors open

• 6:30pm: Meal service begins

• 6:45pm: Program begins

• 8:00pm (or sooner if we talk fast): End of event

Reminder:

If you are an athlete who has borrowed team inventory (skis, guards, suits, etc) and will not be returning next season, please bring them to this event so we can get everything back in the quiver for future athletes to borrow.
