Use the links below to make sure you've registered your athlete prior to the start of the winter sports season. Winter sports begin Monday, November 17, 2025.
Once all of the registration steps have been completed, please complete the mandatory information form for parents and athletes, and ensure you've joined our Remind class where all team communication will happen.
Registration Checklist
OISRA Athlete Registration
Athlete registration is currently open.
We race as a part of the Mt Hood League
Ensure you've selected the correct St Mary's (Portland)
Mt Hood Fusion Pass
Ensure you've acquired your Mt Hood Fusion Pass, which is good at Timberline and Skibowl
We will start the season with weekend skiing at Timberline, and will transition to primarily night training at Skibowl in January. Tier 1 pricing through Nov 2.
St Mary's Athlete Registration
Register your athlete for the team, pay the $850 team fee through FACTS, and ensure there is a current physical on file with the athletic office to be eligible for practice on the first day.
Purchase a Race Helmet
A hard-ear, FIS-approved race helmet is required for all athletes. Use the links on the Resources page to find a helmet that will work for you - something that fits well and is within your budget.
Sync the Calendar
Use the link to sync our Outlook calendar to your own. Note that this is a work in progress at this point. It will be finalized by the first day of the season. Anything added after that point will be considered optional, unless otherwise specified.
Join Remind
Use the link to join our 2025-26 Remind class. This is our primary form of communication and all athletes and parents should check for important communications here.
Review the Team Policies
Use the button to view our Team Policies booklet. Once athlete and parent(s) have reviewed, contact coaches with any questions. If you don't have questions, acknowledge your understanding on the mandatory information form.
Complete the Mandatory Info Form
Use the button to access the mandatory info form, which includes questions about both parents and athletes. This includes acknowledgement of team policies and should be completed by Monday, Nov 17th.

Our senior skiers design the team sweatshirt each year. All seniors are invited to submit their own design, or work together to create a design. The submission is due no later than Wed, Nov 26th.
